Working with Wicked Productions

Wicked productions have been producing panto for many years. With Easter treats such as Treasure island, Peter Pan, the Wizard of Oz, Alice In Wonderland & Rapunzel, this year they are back on the road with The Jungle Book. SA Events have had the pleasure of working with Wicked Productions since they started, so this Jungle Book Tour is very exciting.

 

For their latest production “The Jungle Book”, Wicked teamed up with Jordan Productions to present an unforgettable experience for the entire family. It is a fun-packed, music-filled fantastic adventure about Mowgli and his friends. 

 

Jungle book is touring across 15 Theatres around the UK on 26 various dates with a total of 46 shows. SA Events were proud to once again be working with Wicked Productions to provide complete production management, lighting design and equipment hire. 

Jungle Book Tour

With so many shows and the nature of touring, SA Events want to provide only the best equipment. After the purchase of new fixtures for the tour, Dan Stratford (Lighting Designer) took the new Infinity Lighting Furion S601 Moving Spots. 

 

With the tour going across various size theatres, fixtures were required that were lightweight and compact. Yet still powerful enough to cope with the larger venues. Infinity always suits us well and so this was the chosen brand.

 

The tour has now hit the road completing the run in Harlow. Now onto Margate, Gravesend, Portsmouth, Tunbridge Wells and Dunstable. Also Stevenage, Hastings, Kettering, Chatham, Birmingham, Sheffield, Kings Lynn, Rickmansworth & Eastbourne.
