After a great first event, Crazy Jeans Ltd decided to bring back the soapbox race to Dunorlan Park, Tunbridge Wells. This amazing event supports two charities, Hospice in the Weald and Taylor Made Dreams. The second is a charity enabling children with life limiting illness achieve their wishes and dreams.
With 50 handmade soapbox carts whizzing down the track and hoping to be crowned the winner, SA events was brought on board to help improve the technical production for this event.
Production Manager Dan Stratford worked along side Crazy Jeans to improve the video and audio aspects of the event. With the implementation of 3 x 18sqm Mobile screens, over 2km of fibre optic cable, 8 Cameras, OB Truck and 100v site wide audio, every minute of the action was visible and audible to the thousands who attended the event.
Crispian Covell, Technical manager for Crazy Jeans, applauded SA Events. Commenting “everyone was in awe of the screens and professionalism of the SA Events crew. Despite the bad weather none of the crew complained and was a pleasure to work with them”
SA Events are looking forward to working with Crazy Jeans again next year!
