Full Production
Your vision. Our expertise. One complete production.
Every successful production begins with a clear vision—but bringing every technical element together takes careful planning, experienced people and equipment you can rely on. Whether you’re organising a festival, live event, corporate production or theatre show, S A Events can provide the complete technical infrastructure and management needed to take your production from the first idea through to show day.
For festivals and outdoor events, our full production service can include stages, power distribution, sound, lighting, video, technical design, equipment, crew and onsite production management. Instead of coordinating several different suppliers, you’ll have one experienced team overseeing every department and making sure each element works seamlessly with the next.
Our full production services also extend to theatre and touring productions. With more than 20 years of theatrical experience, we can provide production management alongside complete lighting and sound design, equipment supply, programming, operation and technical support. From individual performances to complex musical productions, we understand the precision, preparation and flexibility required both onstage and behind the scenes.
Every event is different, so our service is completely scalable. We can manage the entire technical production, work alongside your existing team or take responsibility for the individual departments where you need additional support. Whatever the scale of your project, you’ll receive the same attention to detail, clear communication and commitment from our team.
Think of S A Events as an extension of your own production department—a trusted technical partner with the experience, people and equipment to bring everything together.
Designed Around Your Vision
Every production starts with understanding what you want to achieve. We’ll meet with you to discuss your ambitions, creative ideas, practical requirements and budget before taking accurate measurements of the venue or event space.
Using detailed 3D modelling and visualisation, we can show you how the staging, lighting, sound, video and other production elements will work together before anything is installed onsite. You’ll be able to review the concept, explore different ideas and refine the design with us until you’re completely happy with the proposed result.
Once agreed, these designs become the blueprint for the production—giving our team a clear plan to work from and ensuring that what arrives onsite matches what you have already seen and approved. It means fewer surprises, better coordination and complete confidence in how your event will look and function on the day.

Design

Planning
Planning Every Detail
Once the design has been agreed, we turn the creative concept into a detailed production plan. This can include technical specifications, equipment schedules, site layouts, power requirements, crew planning, build schedules and communication with venues, artists and other suppliers.
By carefully planning how every element will arrive, be installed and operate onsite, we can identify potential challenges before they become problems. Everyone involved receives the information they need, responsibilities remain clear and the entire production moves forward with one coordinated plan.
Good production management happens long before the first vehicle arrives. Our preparation gives you confidence that the right equipment, people and resources will be in the right place at the right time.
One Team. One Point of Contact.
Managing an event can become unnecessarily complicated when staging, sound, lighting, video and power are all being supplied independently. Our full production service brings those departments together under one experienced team, giving you a single point of contact throughout the entire project.
We coordinate the technical elements, manage communication between departments and make sure every part of the production works as part of one complete system. You won’t need to relay the same information to several different suppliers or work out where individual responsibilities begin and end.
From the initial planning meetings to the final get-out, you’ll deal with people who understand the complete production, know what has been agreed and remain available when something changes.

One Team

Delivery
Complete Technical Delivery
S A Events can provide the equipment, infrastructure and experienced crew required to deliver your entire production. Depending on the needs of your event, this can include staging and structures, event power and distribution, professional sound systems, radio microphones, lighting, video, projection and technical control.
Because every department is planned together, each technical element is designed to complement the others. Power systems are specified around the equipment being used, staging accommodates the production design and lighting, sound and video are coordinated around the venue, performers and audience.
The result is one joined-up technical solution, carefully designed and delivered around your event rather than a collection of separate hire packages.
Built Around Your Production
Full production doesn’t have to mean taking over every element. Our service is completely scalable and can be tailored around your existing team, available resources and the level of support you require.
We can manage an entire festival site, provide complete technical production for a theatre show or take responsibility for selected departments while working alongside your venue team, creative partners or existing suppliers. If you already have certain equipment or personnel in place, we’ll incorporate them into the wider production plan.
You receive exactly the level of support your project needs, with no fixed package and no unnecessary elements—just a carefully considered production service built around your event.

Production
FAQ's
What types of events do you provide full production for?
We provide full technical production for festivals, live music events, theatre shows, touring productions, corporate events, awards ceremonies and community events. Every production is designed around the venue, audience, performers and individual requirements of the client.
What can be included in a full production package?
A full production package can include staging, power distribution, sound, radio microphones, lighting, video, projection, technical design, equipment, crew and onsite production management. We can coordinate every technical department from the initial planning through to the final get-out.
Do we have to use S A Events for every technical element?
Not at all. Our service is completely scalable. We can manage the entire technical production, provide selected departments or work alongside your existing venue team, suppliers and production partners.
How far in advance should we contact you?
We recommend getting in touch as early as possible, particularly for festivals, touring productions and events requiring staging or significant infrastructure. Early involvement gives us more time to develop the design, secure equipment and crew, and coordinate with the venue and other suppliers. We may still be able to support shorter-notice projects, subject to availability.
Do you work outside Kent?
Yes. Although S A Events is based in Kent, we deliver productions throughout the UK and internationally. Our team can travel with the equipment, technical crew and production management required to deliver your event wherever it takes place.
What information do you need to prepare a quotation?
It helps to know your event date, venue or location, expected audience, performance schedule and the technical services you think you’ll require. Don’t worry if everything hasn’t been decided—we can discuss your ideas, help identify what is needed and develop an appropriate production package with you.
